Treasury Analyst
Our Client, a Manufacturing company, is looking for a Treasury Analyst for their Fort Mill, SC/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + The Analyst, Treasury position provides support and analytics for the execution of the North America cash management process, intercompany netting and financing activities, treasury projects and M&A activities within the region. + Additionally, the Analyst, Treasury will assist in the facilitation of daily treasury operations, liquidity reporting and assists with bank structure management and some risk management activities. Produces reports to aid in the forecasting of liquidity needs for the business and assists with other treasury functions. + Treasury Operations and Projects + Provide support to the business for manual payments and host-to-host transaction exceptions + Support special Mergers and Acquisitions and Spinoff activities as assigned + Support Treasury process improvements and efficiency project activities + Support accounting, tax, AP, AR and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions + Assist with ad-hoc information requests as needed + Provide Treasury support and problem resolution for retail business segments + Provides support for liquidity transactions, intercompany netting and financing activities, merchant card program, and reporting on related KPIs Bank Relationship and Account Management + Assist in updating the signatories on every bank account + Provide support to open and close bank accounts as needed + Investigate recommendations to improve transaction processes with the purpose of risk mitigation and bank fee reduction Requirements + Effective at setting priorities and planning + Multitasking capabilities in a dynamic environment + Effective English written & verbal communication skills + Must be organized and detail oriented + Good critical thinking skills + Experience in banking platforms + Project Management experience + Spanish speaking and writing + 2-4 years of professional experience in Treasury or other relevant Finance experience + Previous working experience with cross functional teams in high intensity environment preferred + Bachelor’s degree required Bachelor's Degree in Business, finance or accounting preferred Why Should You Apply? + Health Benefits + Referral Program + Excellent growth and advancement opportunities As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
