TREASURY ANALYST

Job Summary

At Home Group is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join the Company’s Treasury team.  This leader will have a high degree of responsibility and must be capable and comfortable working independently and interacting with all levels of leadership within the Company.  This leader should have a relentless and persistent approach to solving problems with speedy resolution. This role requires strong collaboration and creativity, the ability to multi-task, work in fast paced environment, communicate and make decisions, and possess the resolve to always do the right thing.

 

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing the operations function of Treasury, including new store setups and corporate card program management. This role is also responsible for ensuring account maintenance and relationship management between the company and various service providers. As a key member of the finance team, the Treasury Analyst will report to the Director of Treasury and will work closely with the entire finance and accounting teams in creating plans, forecasts and assist with month end close, account reconciliations, and facilitate treasury audit requests. This position will also serve as a key partner to the Company’s financial service providers.  The leader in this role will partner with the Treasurer, Director of Treasury, and Treasury Manager.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead for new store treasury processes: new bank accounts, armored car and cash vault services Hold lead Administrator role of the company’s corporate credit card program, managing all aspects of the program Work closely with the Customer Care team to process customer transactions as needed Serve as main point of contact for all armored car providers and liaise between stores and providers Manage and investigate all chargeback and media requests Work on the At Home Credit card initiative with lead responsibility of managing reward certificates Coordinate all Treasury wires, including payroll and debt payments Work closely with Treasury Manager serving as their respective backup Serve as back up for gift card requests Assist with treasury information requests, provide support to accounting team as needed Provide support for the Financial Planning & Analysis team during the planning process Perform special projects as needed

Qualifications & Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business At least 2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance or Accounting roles Microsoft Office required: advanced Excel knowledge preferred Must have strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to problem solve, detail oriented, deadline driven, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while working independently or as part of a team in a rapidly changing fast paced business environment
