Job Summary and Responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily cash operations, prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, and assist with banking relationship management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize treasury operations while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Job Responsibilities: Cash Management: Monitor and manage daily cash operations, including consolidating the company’s cash position and initiating transfers. Prepare and analyze short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity for operational and strategic needs. This will require coordination and effective communication skills with multiple departments across the company. Banking Relationship Management: Serves as a contact for banking relationships. Ensures proper and adequate treasury services on bank accounts. Utilize banking platforms on daily basis and work to automate and gain efficiencies effectively for payments, reporting, and reconciliations. Assist in the RFP process to select a bank and consolidate cash accounts. Compliance and Controls: Coordinates with accounting team to ensure cash transactions are properly recorded in the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in treasury processes and recommend solutions to optimize cash flow management. Support the implementation and maintenance of treasury systems to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or a related financial role. Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and cash flow forecasting. Advanced Excell Skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and other analytical tools Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint Why us?
