Reporting and controls
1. Complete daily bank reconciliation and ensure reconciling items are kept to a minimum.
2. Undertake month end close process including: Ensuring all cash postings are complete and accurate for the month, and all loan balances and interest postings are accurately reported.

Payment approvals
1. Support disbursements process by approving payments in various bank portals daily.
Bank registry maintenance
1. Maintain the bank universe ensuring any new bank accounts are listed/ inactive bank accounts are kept to a minimum.
2. Keep the bank registry updated for leavers/ joiners.
3. Process Bank workflows to ensure bank access is maintained.
4. Quarterly certify the Bank registry.
Finance management
1. Monthly prepare cash forecasts.
2. Weekly prepare payments forecasts.
3. Support the intercompany settlement programs.
4. Cash pool reconciliations.
