GENERAL FUNCTION

The Treasury Analyst will support all cash operations including daily cash forecasting, reporting of current and prior day cash activities and detailed analysis of cashflow. Assist with Foreign Exchange activity and facilitate cash transfers. Work with various banking partners on KYC, account opening and maintenance.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare daily cash position forecast to determine cash requirements and ensure maximum cash optimization Assist with preparing Net Financial Position Reporting to Corporate Assist with weekly cashflow preparation and reporting including variance analysis Provide support for monthly and quarterly cash flow forecast and variance analysis Maintain interface between Treasury Management Software, SAP and Banks Ensure all electronic bank files are loaded properly, and all journal exports are free of errors, map new accounts and any requested journal changes Assist with cross currency intracompany balance reporting and process cash transfers Assist with daily FX Exposure review and trade executions Effectively demonstrate technical aspects of the position - answer questions from Home Office associates within a reasonable time frame; effectively respond to management requests for information and analyses. Maintain day-to-day relationships with banking partners and work on KYC, accounts opening and maintenance. Assist in special projects as requested by management

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 1+ year experience in Treasury or related field Strong Treasury Knowledge – basic understanding of Treasury products and trends for corporations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills Systems – maintain a working knowledge of basic computer operations with emphasis on Excel. Challenges the process – Constructively challenges the process and takes the initiative to search for opportunities to grow, improve and innovate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1 year Treasury/Cash Management experience Experience with Treasury Management System (Kyriba) and SAP will be a plus Proficiency with personal computers and spreadsheet applications

​Pay Range: 66,779.60  - 91,053.60 

 

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
