Job Description:Broadcom has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic treasury team in Palo Alto, CA. This role will play a key part in managing our global treasury operations, streamlining processes, and driving automation initiatives. It offers excellent exposure to a wide range of treasury functions and the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, and innovative environment.
*Responsibilities*
Assist Sr. Treasury Manager in weekly cashflow tracking and reporting.
Support daily treasury operations, including wire transfers and intercompany settlements.
Manage the annual FBAR reporting and filing process.
Oversee new bank onboarding, connectivity setup, and ongoing Treasury Management System (TMS) maintenance.
Serve as a liaison with banks to ensure proper Host-to-Host (H2H) controls and resolve bank-related issues.
Maintain and update bank account management in TMS, including security administration, bank account updates, and signatory changes.
Administer bank portals, including user management and entitlements.
Support integration projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and system enhancements.
Assist with audit and SOX compliance for treasury functions.
Provide backup support to Treasury team as needed.
Lead and collaborate on ad-hoc projects aimed at improving and automating treasury processes.
*Basic Qualifications*
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field.
8+ years of work experience in corporate treasury with multinational companies or financial institution preferred.
*Qualifications*
Experience with TMS and e-banking portals.
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
High attention to details and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Passion for process improvement and automation.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $150,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
