Treasury Analyst

Job Overview:

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for daily cash activities including management of all related Treasury Department infrastructure and accounting functions. This position will manage the company’s bank accounts, including opening and closing bank accounts, signatory management, regulatory reporting requirements, legal documentation, and other miscellaneous activities required to ensure the correct bank account structures are in place to support Primoris Initiatives.

Primary Job Responsibilities: 

Administration:

Monitoring reporting from banks, third-party software providers and internal departments Work with departments to manage an efficient payment and collections environment, including relevant infrastructure, reporting, processes and controls Maintain database of bank accounts and associated services Bank account and payment approvals signatory management Maintain treasury online user profiles across multiple bank platforms Credit card, positive pay and payment fraud reporting management Letter of credit, investment and reporting Primary Treasury contact for banking and other stakeholders Managing bank relationships and related reporting Assisting with both internal and external audit activities Participating, and at times leading, new banking and business unit implementations Additional duties as assigned by your supervisor

Cash Management

Assist in the daily management of treasury operations (including cash concentration, wires, ACH, account funding), short-term investments, cash forecasting, borrowing, and foreign exchange Ensure adequate liquidity for entity working capital needs and manage inter-company cash

General

Oversee and maintain preparation of financial reports for management Assist with monthly account reconciliations for all business units Work with external and internal auditors Ensure compliance with established internal controls, policies and procedures, follow all Treasury operational policies. Maintain commercial bank operations relationships Stay abreast of new bank technologies, products, and services that can improve cash cycle and simplify company operations and make recommendations to management for proposed changes Assist with accounting, financial reporting and special projects on an as needed basis

Education and Experience Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred Minimum 3+ years’ experience treasury/cash management Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative High degree of accuracy, problem solving skills and attention to detail is a Must Experience with Kyriba Treasury Management Workstation and Viewpoint software a Plus
