We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst/Cash Handler to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ACH transactions, cash deposits, wire transfers, reconciliations, withholdings, unemployment processes, and tax-related activities, including state taxes. This position requires a high level of accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
ACH Transactions: Process and manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Cash Deposits: Handle daily cash deposits, ensuring proper documentation and security.
Wire Transfers: Execute domestic and international wire transfers, maintaining compliance with all regulations.
Reconciliations: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and financial transactions.
Withholdings/Unemployment: Manage payroll withholdings, including taxes and unemployment contributions, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, including payroll taxes, sales taxes, state taxes, and other relevant tax filings. Ensure timely payment of tax liabilities and compliance with all tax regulations.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records.
Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Customer Service: Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding treasury operations in a timely and professional manner.
