Treasury Analyst II

About the Role:

Manage the Bank’s interest rate risk modeling, capital monitoring and planning process, liquidity analysis, data analysis, pricing, and performing credit and portfolio analysis as well as reporting, research, analytics, evaluation, and execution of new opportunities.

What You Will Do:

Manages liquidity forecasting and monitoring including pledging and other funding strategies. Analyzes large sets of data for input into cash flow modeling, capital planning, stress testing, and other analytics. Conducts pre-purchase and ongoing fundamental credit analysis on securities portfolio holdings. Presents optimization strategies to Treasurer. Evaluates potential opportunities by conducting due diligence, financial statement analysis, financial modeling, risk management, and execution. Compiles and analyzes business metrics and statistics for budgeting, forecasting, and modeling. Develops, enhances, and presents committee reporting to executive management. Assists the Treasurer with hedging and other risk mitigation strategies and supports other business lines in risk mitigation strategies. Assists with interest rate risk management, including data preparation, back-testing, and sensitivity analysis. Participates in capital planning, stress testing, and monitoring. Provide ad-hoc analysis for other business lines as needed. Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. The ability to present findings, analysis, and recommendations to leadership.

Salary range:  $47,985.10 – $88,620.91

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
