We are looking for a highly motivated
Treasury Assistant, Corporate Treasury
for KONE Corporate Treasury team located in Espoo, Finland. This is a full-time, 1-year fixed-term position, with a preferred start date in March 2025.
As a Treasury Assistant, you will work closely with the Front and Middle Office teams, KONE companies in over 60 countries, KONE global teams, and external stakeholders such as banks and service providers.
Responsibilities and Key Activities
Your role is global and will include the following responsibilities for all KONE companies:
Managing daily Back Office processes such as liquidity management, treasury payments, deal confirmations, static data maintenance, and other administrative tasks.
Processing and delivering parent company guarantees to KONE customers globally.
Handling KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and bank documentation.
Supporting treasury reporting activities.
Participating in development projects related to cash and liquidity management.
Requirements for the position
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other suitable field with a good academic performance.
Relevant work experience, such as an internship, in treasury, finance, or a similar area.
Attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and written information.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
A proactive, team-player attitude with the ability to work independently, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Enthusiasm for learning, taking initiative, and owning responsibilities.
