Responsibilities
Global/Regional strategic plan implementation
Proper financing support to setup/acquire/merge/investment/Liquidation of the legal entity in the region.Global cash pool setup and managementBusiness Partner – introduce proper bank solution to support business.
Factoring and SCF program to improve area cash flow.Other financing solution: To support top line (MOD/Distributor financing solution)Collection solution: Offer NE/SVC team with efficient collection method such as direct debt or cell phone collection bidding with OTIS ONE.Liquidity Management - Ensure sufficient funding in place
Cash forecast: Maintain daily / monthly cash forecast and proper fund transfer.Financing action: Determine appropriated financing actions.Non-cash asset management: bank draft, promising note, check, LC etc. To ensure it is cashed timely or early discounting as necessary.Cash reporting: Periodical cash collection report and balance reporting. Cash pool/auto sweeping within the country.Surplus cash ST investments (regulated countries/areas)
Explore high return offering.Proper investment mix: different tenor with good liquidity.Maintain appropriate credit facilities
Renew/Adjust the facility: with bank or OTC to support business (BG/FX/LC/OD/Short term loan)Set up BG issuance guidance: Cheapest fee in different tenor and meet business team timeline.Move offline processes to online platform.Periodic reconciliation and cost analysisManage FX exposure and hedging
FX exposure analysis: project base and monthly bulk purchasingEarly/delay management: Forward roll over or currency SWAPFX gain and loss analysisEnsure compliance of foreign exchange law and regulatoryCommodity hedging as necessary.Cash repatriation to WHQ, including -
OU dividend declaration and paymentOtis cash pool and intercompany loan managementDeposit with OILBank Relationship and Accounts
Maintain relationship with Otis relationship/non-relationship banksOpen/close accountE-banking accessBank charge and interest expense.Insurance

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
