Detailed Job Description:

The BSC (Business Systems Consultant) will be responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis and documenting processes. They will be expected to work as a member of the development team, alongside developers and other technical team members. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong communication and collaboration skills as well as experience with large, challenging projects. Someone who takes the initiative and has a strong work ethic is a must.

In addition, they are expected to have a high degree of specialized skills in order to solve business problems. Tasks include but are not limited to:

Evaluating and documenting existing business processes. Working with users and support staff to gather, analyze, and anticipate requirements as well as document findings. Working with the rest of the development team and users to prioritize, estimate, and breakdown work into user stories, activities, or work items depending on the project and methodology being used. Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. Facilitating meetings and presentations with project stakeholders (users, management, team members, etc.) to elicit requirements, share ideas, present findings, demo working software, etc.

Experience required: 7-10 Years
