Then come and join our global team as Treasury Financing Services Expert – Central and Western Europe (CWE), Nordic countries and Baltic States (NRB) to advise our Siemens Healthineers customers on financing solutions and develop new financing structures.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You advise the Siemens Healthineers Countries of your Zones on project, sales and export financing including financial risk and asset managementYou create and arrange standard and tailored customer financing solutions based on specific Siemens Healthineers sales models and individual Customer needs / drivers in order to support Siemens Healthineers’ vision of becoming a trusted partner to our CustomersYou lead negotiations with Banks / external finance providers for sales financing solutions and act as the ‘bridge’ between Customers, Siemens Healthineers ‘Business Areas, and Banks/ external finance providersYou perform financial risk assessments on sales financing solutions and to provide risk mitigation solutionsYou regularly and closely collaborate with different internal stakeholders (such as Siemens Healthineers Treasury, Business Area Sales, Finance, Legal and Accounting) to ensure that all sales financing processes are operating effectively and in compliance with both internal and external regulationsYou provide sales financing training to the Siemens Healthineers community in the respective CountriesYou support the development of sales enabling financing programsYou evaluate the financing market and develop strategies to collaborate with best fitting financing partiesYou live the governance role clearly and collaboratively

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a master’s degree in business administration or similar with several years of experience in (Healthcare) sales financing in either a Multinational Corporation or Bank/ external finance provider within the CWE, NRB regionYou are experienced in leading complex projectsYou are experienced in working in and with (virtual) teamsYou have a broad and in-depth technical knowledge (including accounting concepts) of different sales financing solutions ranging from sale of receivables to leasingYou are familiar with working within an international business setting and with working and communicating with multiple culturesWe also welcome applicants with a Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training and further education combined with additional professional experience in this field


Your attributes and skills:

Well organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with Customers, Banks, and internal stakeholders and interfaces (including at Senior Management level)Pro-active, self driven and ability to work independently within a dynamic and cross functional environmentSince you will be covering German speaking countries your German skills need to be fluent. For all the other countries you will be responsible for you will need fluent English skills
