Treasury Management Advisor II - Government, Nonprofit and Higher Education

Summary:
The Treasury Management Advisor II is responsible for driving revenue growth by offering tailored treasury solutions to government and institutional clients (including nonprofit). This includes cash management, liquidity, commercial card, merchant services, and other financial products and services while ensuring alignment with bank’s overall risk and compliance policies. The primary objective of this role is to retain and develop relationships with clients, assess their needs and deliver innovative treasury solutions that align with their financial goals.  

Duties & Responsibilities:

Builds and maintains relationships with existing and future government, nonprofit and higher education organizationsDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targetsAnalyze client financial data and market conditions to recommend suitable treasury solutionsIdentify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other teams to correctly structure the solution for the clientTrusted advisor for internal partners, clients, and prospectsResponsible for correct product pricing and structuringTakes lead on customer proposals and RFPsProactive portfolio management, including routine 1:1’s, development and execution of relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre-call plans, partner plans, and joint callingMay mentor other Treasury Management colleaguesResponsible for being a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategiesPerforms other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s DegreeThree or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash managementPrior experience in government, institutional and nonprofit segment

Preferred Qualifications:

Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication SkillsThree or more years of Treasury Management experience
