Job Description:At Regions, the Treasury Management Product Manager is the line of business owner and subject matter expert for one or more treasury management products or services. The Product Manager assists and may lead in product or enhancement development, and the development, execution and tracking of marketing or line of business programs for a specific product or product line by collecting, analyzing, reporting marketing and sales performance data.
Primary Responsibilities
Key line of business product owner and subject matter expertCoordinates consideration of new product development or enhancement of existing productsParticipates and has input on promotional, marketing, and communication programs on productsWorks with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies to identify opportunitiesMay review business competitive data, coordinate development of management reporting and manage appropriate pricing gridsPrepares and conducts product training as neededProvides Geography support as neededDetermines marketing and business segments' objectives and recommends strategies, including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future development of one or more specific productsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and (3) three years of market research, product development, or related experience
Or High school diploma or GED and (7) seven years of market research, product development, or related experience
Preferences

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
