Position Overview: The Treasury Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s cash management processes, banking relationships, debt compliance, and treasury operations. This is a highly visible role with direct interaction with the CFO and private equity partners, providing a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s financial strategy and growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: + Manage daily cash operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning across all entities. + Maintain and optimize short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models. + Monitor and manage debt facilities, ensuring compliance with covenants and reporting obligations. + Drive banking relationships, including account management, fee negotiations, and service improvements. + Lead treasury-related initiatives including system implementations, process automation, and policy development. + Support M& A activities including cash flow modeling, funding structures, and integration of treasury operations. + Prepare and present regular cash and debt reports to the CFO, Board, and private equity partners. + Develop and maintain strong internal controls over treasury operations. + Partner with Accounting, FP& A, Tax, Legal, and external advisors to ensure alignment on treasury and financing activities. + Assist in capital planning, investment strategies, and risk management related to foreign exchange or interest rate exposures (if applicable). Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. + 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles; experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth company strongly preferred. + Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, debt structures, and covenant compliance. + Excellent financial modeling and Excel skills. + Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to interact confidently with executives and investors. + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. + Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) is a plus. + CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is a plus but not required.
