Description We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to join our team in Tustin, California. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will play a key part in analyzing financial data and supporting the organization’s strategic financial goals. Responsibilities: • Manage daily cash flow activities, including forecasts and liquidity planning. • Conduct thorough account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. • Utilize SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports. • Oversee accounts receivable processes to optimize collections and maintain efficient workflows. • Audit financial statements and related documents to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with accounting functions and organizational objectives. • Develop and implement treasury policies to strengthen financial controls and mitigate risks. • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to support strategic decision-making. • Provide guidance and training to team members on treasury tools and processes. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting financial insights and recommendations. Requirements • Proven experience in treasury management or a related financial role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP S/4HANA. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes. • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and identify key trends. • Experience with accounts receivable processes and workflows. • Solid auditing skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and reporting. • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
