**Role Definition:**
Leader of multiple direct reports responsible for a team covering all Treasury aspects of Americas South region:
**What You Will Do:**
+ Provide leadership and vision to diverse and high performing Treasury team, colleagues and direct reports
+ Directly manage Accounts Receivable collections for a portfolio of customers
+ Review and approve credit requests up to your credit authority limit and recommend approval to higher credit authorities
+ Manage credit investigation activities, including credit analysis, evaluation and rating of customers for assigned region
+ Manage bank account and cash balance reporting, maintain authorized signers, and lead technology projects to enhance efficiency and controls, including bank portals
+ Provide regional leadership of Treasury functions including daily cash operations, cash forecasting, internal funding, and foreign exchange
Employee may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned.
**Education/Experience Requirement**
+ College or university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; job-related experience in Treasury / Finance

+ Strong communication skills, written and verbal (English and Spanish)
+ **Planning: Tactical, Strategic** : Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
+ **Accuracy and Attention to Detail** : Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
+ **Communicating Complex Concepts** : Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
+ **Judgment and Decision Making:** Knowledge of the decision-making process; ability to carefully evaluate the impact of emerging business situations and choose the best path forward communicating actions and activities that maximize organizational performance.
+ **Relationship Management:** Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
+ **Team Management:** Knowledge of effective team building techniques; ability to form and manage effective teams.
+ **Financial Markets:** Knowledge of the products, types, competitors, customer base, major issues and regulatory considerations in the financial markets; ability to apply financial market knowledge to various business environments.
+ **Financial Analysis:** Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.

+ Demonstrated commitment to ensuring a strong risk management and compliance culture (organization, policies and procedures) highly desired
+ Proven track record of demonstrating courage and emotional intelligence, including a high level of responsibility
+ The ability to prioritize workflow and accomplish tasks across the organization through collaboration and delegation
**Additional Details:**
+ Location: Tijuana, Mexico
+ Domestic relocation is not available
+ Required Travel: Minimal (<10% of working time)
