Kemin Industries is hiring a Treasury Manager to join our team! The principal responsibility of this position is to oversee cash flow, managing financial risks, and developing strategies to optimize liquidity by monitoring daily operations, forecasting cash needs, maintaining banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, all while aiming to minimize financial risk and maintain a healthy capital structure.  Must be able to quickly and accurately analyze an account or situation to ensure the safeguard of Kemin’s assets and returns to Kemin’s shareholders.

In addition, we have a robust internship and externship program, and frequently host student tours.   Responsibilities Cash Flow Management - accurately forecasting cash inflows and outflows, monitoring daily cash positions and managing liquidity to ensure sufficient funds are available for operationsRisk Management – Identifying and mitigating potential financial risks like interest rate fluctuations and foreign exchange exposureDebt Management – managing existing debt obligations and maintaining optimal capital structureFinancial reporting – preparing accurate financial reports related to treasury activities and providing insights to senior management, provide proactive analysis with recommended changesTreasury Automation – implementing technology solutions to streamline treasury processes and improve efficiencyAudit – establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets, participate in external audit Qualifications Education & Experience: Masters/CPA with 7+ years of experience.OR Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years of experience.Strong understanding of financial principles, including cash flow management an risk management.Expertise in financial modeling and forecastingOracle Interactive reporting & treasury management system/software experience preferred. Excellent computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products, and the ability to use the computer to prepare and retrieve reports and data.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to see and read numbers.Must be able to quickly and accurately analyze an account or situation to ensure the safeguard of Kemin’s assets and returns to Kemin’s shareholders.Must be able to recognize potential issues and proactively provide proposed solutions to the Finance Director.Experience with International Business, is a plus.
