Position Summary:
The Treasury Management (TM) Solutions Center Specialist is responsible for handling inbound client interactions and assisting with the implementation of new TM products and services. This position will work directly with TM client and internal team members to provide first point of contact support to their TM service needs. As the first point of contact, this position is will be responsible for the assessment of need, determining best approach to address client concerns, and work with the client to remedy any issues associated with TM services. This position will focus on issues resolution and high client satisfaction as well as escalation of convers when immediate servicing needs cannot be accomplished.
Essential Responsibilities:
Job Function 1: Client Service - 70%
Job Function 2: Treasury Management Service Implementation – 20%
Process implementation requests for treasury management products. Set-up of treasury management products and services in respective systems Performs check back of services set-up prior to clients going live. Follows up with clients to ensure proper installation of products and services, taking responsibility to answer questions. Train clients on treasury management services being implemented.Job Function 3: Projects and Personal Development - 10%
Work on projects, system clean-up initiatives as assigned by manager. Personal development and training based on career development discussions with manager.Position Requirements:

Extended periods of time sitting at a desk and using office equipment. Ability to operate a personal computer/laptop for approximately 8 hours per day.
