About the role:
The Treasury Middle Office Analyst will work within the GBS and will be carrying out the daily and monthly responsibilities of the Treasury function, including support in the review of internal controls & policies for the Treasury, as well as managing the risks. The person in this role will build and enhance relations with stakeholders for the process and work closely together with the other Corporate Treasury departments (Regional Treasury and Back Office), as well as support other team members by sharing the knowledge and delivering the trainings.
Key responsibilities:
Manage risks: counterparty, exposure, foreign exchange, and regulatory and compliance. Ownership for internal and external transitions, knowledge transfer, writing process instructions, and process flows. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovative process solutions. Support in developing internal controls for the treasury. Monitor, audit, and revise treasury procedures. Participate in establishing and monitoring the policies, procedures, and controls.About you:
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar. Proficiency in English. 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Cash Management or Corporate Banking processes. Advanced Excel knowledge. SAP knowledge (Treasury, AR/AP & Master Data transactions). Detail-oriented thinking - high financial criticality of core processes. Strong sense of urgency and resilience due to many activities performed daily with tight deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with stakeholders from different levels in the organization. Ability to work reliably and with colleagues in virtual teams.
