We are Group Finance & Tax, a diverse team with more than 60 employees based in Metzingen. Our goal is to be the leading technology-driven finance and tax team for our clients and beyond. Group Treasury is part of the division and is responsible for the global treasury activities of the HUGO BOSS Group. The department is divided into Global Cash & Liquidity, Risk & Trading, Corporate Finance & Investments, and Treasury Operations.

What you can expect:

You will be involved in the planning and control of the group's liquidity within the framework of our central in-house bank and execute and monitor payment transactions. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

You will collaborate on the structural development of group-wide cash pooling structures. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

You will take on the application and management of bank guarantees for our global group companies. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

You will participate in the optimization and digitization of treasury processes and testing of new technologies such as RPA, AI, data analysis, and business intelligence.

You will work with an international team on challenging projects in all treasury areas (e.g., system implementation, payment transactions, financial risk management, corporate financing).

Your profile:

\n\t\n\t

You have successfully completed a university degree with a financial background. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Ideally, you have one to two years of relevant professional experience in the treasury of a multinational corporation. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

You are self-motivated, driven to deliver and succeed in a fast-paced, consistently changing work environment.  

\n\t\n\t\n\t

You have good analytical and conceptual skills and have the ability to set clear priorities. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

You have an interest in capital markets and enjoy experimenting with new technologies, data analysis, and data management. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

You have the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely for the audience, both in English and German. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

You are adept at using Microsoft Office products; knowledge of SAP, TIS and BI tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI) is an advantage.
