Job Posting TitleTreasury Reporting Principal - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Treasury Analyst Principal is responsible for managing, analyzing, and delivering Treasury reporting, including complex liquidity reporting and claim payment process reporting for a variety of stakeholders, including Senior Leadership. This role is responsible for providing leadership to the other members of the Treasury Team and guidance to the Accounting, Finance, Information Technology and Claims operation functions.
Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and advance monthly liquidity reporting, including variance analyses and cash usage drivers, field questions on results. Prepare, evaluate, and deliver modeling for Request for Proposal (RFP) and client contracting, providing alternatives to achieve beneficial results. Develop, manage, and advance quarterly reporting for all stakeholders, including Senior Leadership and Finance Committee.Deliver and advance debt and investment reporting for distribution to Senior Leadership, field questions on results.Identify and manage process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Treasury and related departments.Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required8 years of work experience in Treasury, Accounting, Finance or related positionMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional Qualifications:
Exceptional written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills to proactively identify issues and problem solveDemonstrated ability to manage organizational changes and time managementAbility to establish rapport and effectively influence at all levels within an organizationAdvanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:
MBA, CTP, CPA or CMAPrevious experience in liquidity and investment managementPrevious experience with Oracle Hyperion or similar forecasting systemMinimum Physical Job Requirements

Reports to Treasury Leadership, DirectorPotential pay for this position ranges from $94,700.00 - $151,300.00 based on experience and skills.
