The Team:
Global Payments Solutions, EMEA is a dynamic and market-leading team working with Bank of America’s largest clients in the Institutional space. The product set encompasses Cash Management and Trade Finance, that are foundational to the Bank’s most successful relationships, contributing substantially to the success of our broader franchise whilst being at the forefront of innovation. The team is a close-knit, collaborative and ambitious group who are keen to work together to drive further success for its members, the Bank and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the Client Management process from origination to execution
• Utilising support partners and resources to coordinate strategic projects on behalf of senior management, as well as deal-flow on relevant portfolios
• Prospect and client research for use in pre-call planning for Treasury Sales Officers and partners
• Accountable for the accuracy of sales data within source systems (deal pipeline, client plans, call reports, and other sales tracking systems and reports which may be developed)
• Maintain and build a client focus with awareness and understanding of the bank and the operational aspects of the products.
Skills that will help:
• Tenacity and drive in seeing tasks through to completion
• Good teamwork ethos and ability to tackle multiple different activities within the working day
• Advocacy and influencing skills in seeking resolution to client queries
• Ideally experienced in a similar Global Transaction Services/Corporate Banking position or Implementation, Client Service and or Product background would be advantageous
• Ability to deal with tasks with external clients and colleagues in the bank
• Good organisation and communication skills
