Position Purpose:

Responsible for the preparation of treasury-related reports, overseeing personnel management, and providing training and oversight to ensure effective teamwork.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Prepare the daily report on the company’s bank accounts and available liquidity.Generate treasury department reports, including cash forecasts and SSO reports.Close head office accounts, including reconciliation, reporting, reserves, and marketing activities.Prepare reports for foreign supplier payments.Manage monthly provisions and document uploads.Compile reports on customer deposits for sales accounting, including bounced checks.Supervise and mentor junior treasury staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, and Accounting.At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the finance department; at least 3 years of a treasury function.Previous experience with International FMCG is an advantage.Good negotiation, and communication skills.Good English knowledge.Problem-solving skills.
