Your Role You will support the APAC countries’ financial directors in Treasury related topics, enforce compliance guidelines, and transfer financial knowledge to new team members. Additionally, you will directly collaborate with the group’s Corporate Treasury team (based in Switzerland) by monitoring and initiating foreign exchange hedges, managing cash flow forecasting, and supporting in various recurring and project related tasks to ensure efficient operations within APAC. Your Responsibilities Monitor\r\n and initiate foreign exchange hedging to minimize foreign currency\r\n exposure in APAC.Assess\r\n and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations /\r\n support in cash flow forecasting.Assist\r\n with the execution of internal the dividend planning.Participate\r\n in various recurring tasks (user management review, banking costs\r\n analysis, bank onboarding processes) and any upcoming Treasury related\r\n projects.Share\r\n and transfer financial knowledge to new team members to ensure a smooth\r\n onboarding process.Manage\r\n centralized treasury tasks through the knowledge center, setting standard\r\n processes for the team and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Your Skills and Experiences Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or\r\n a related field.CFA Charterholder or currently working towards\r\n obtaining the CFA designation is highly preferred.High level of attention to detail and accuracy is a\r\n must.Excellent communication in English and interpersonal\r\n skills, with the confidence to interact with financial directors and\r\n senior management.Experience in banking, treasury management, foreign\r\n exchange hedging or cash flow forecasting is desired.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A team player with a hands-on mentality.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects\r\n simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Good Reasons to Join We want to be the best company to work for + with.
