In this role, you will lean on your accounting knowledge and analytics skills to support expense reporting, cash and reconciliation management. You will serve as a liaison to various shared services such as, but not limited to, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and other business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Reconciliation Support within Oracle Cash Management Certify Expense Reporting: Administrative setup of users and management of expense report submissions and reconciliations Liaise with shared services (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll) and other business units related to cash liquidity matters Payment processing Bank account management- signature cards, services, fees, etc. Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned Ad-hoc analysis and projectsQualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business. 3-5+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in corporate treasury management, cash management, investments, or banking Understanding of Treasury, Accounting, and/or financial analysis experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office toolsPreferred Experience and Skills:
Knowledge of bank products and services preferred. Knowledge of JD Edwards ERP Knowledge of Oracle ERP/Hyperion reporting tool Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details Excellent time management and prioritization skills Highly self-motivated and self-directed Adaptable to a fluid work environment with ever changing prioritiesBenefits Offered:
