Diageo Group Treasury is one team; a team of great business partners and one of the most respected and admired corporate treasury teams in the world, constantly innovating and anticipating the future. We deliver exemplary financing and risk management across all parts of our business and act with, and demand, integrity in everything that we do.

Group Treasury is undergoing a significant systems and process change whereby Treasury and cash management structures will be reviewed and re-designed by leveraging latest available technology (SAP HANA) and considering recent business priorities.

The project will impact the system set-up of Group Treasury entities, Diageo in-house bank and related banking infrastructures as well as FX risk management tools and processes.

 

About the role

The purpose of the role to act as a TR FX SME for the purposes of Treasury Transformation delivered in Project Voyager. The role should bring FX management experience to the project team aiming to reshape Diageo's treasury process based on the most recent available technology.

The Treasury Transformation Lead is responsible for the followings:

Create process design covering TRFX activities with integration of functionalities introduced by SAP S4 HANA and Diageo's process requirements, seeking mainly standardization and automation priorities.

Assist evaluation of system requirements for FX risk management process globally

Integrate FX risk management process designs with other finance areas

Provide input for treasury policy decisions

Document processes for operations

Provide inputs for design and execution of UAT

Provide inputs to project design sessions

Actively look for system and process improvement opportunities

What you'll bring

BA/BS in Finance/Accounting or MBA

Treasury Certifications are advantage

4 to 8 years of relevant experience in FX risk management, Corporate Treasury

Experience with major corporate transformation projects

S4 HANA implementation experience is an advantage
