A Project Manager (PM) is responsible for delivering all project services produced by the project team, on time, within budget, in accordance with the firm-s quality standards, and to the client-s satisfaction. The PM is also responsible for maintaining positive growing relationships with clients and cross selling all of the firm-s services where applicable.
What You-ll Contribute to C2AE?
+ Project Management
+ The PM will utilize the Company-s Project Management system and work closely with project team members for completing projects. Some of the work may include but not limited to:
+ Develops and monitors the overall project schedule including time for Quality reviews.
+ Initiates staffing coordination with Supervisors.
+ Completes the Project Management Plan (PMP) and schedules and conducts project kick-off meetings.
+ Schedules and conducts interim review/progress meetings.
+ Works with the project team to prepare Earned Value Reports.
+ Works with supervisors to update project staffing needs.
+ Prepares monthly Project Progress Reports.
+ Schedules all project Quality reviews.
+ Business Development
+ Leverages existing client relationships and develops/cultivates new client relationships. Coordinates with Market Sector Leader(s) on these efforts.
+ Assembles winning teams for pursuits, develops professional services proposals, and develops derivation of costs for work.
+ Prepares contracts and subconsultant agreements for review, approval and execution.
+ Leadership
+ Leads project team interactions.
+ Participates in professional organizations to increase firm-s exposure.
+ Participates in training and development activities to stay current with the industry.
+ Proactively provides positive influence and constructive input to all team members.
Education/Experience Qualifications
+ ABET Accredited Bachelor degree in Engineering, required.
+ Professional Engineer License, required.
+ Experience in Water/Wastewater Process, strongly preferred.
+ Project management experience, strongly preferred.
Work Environment:
+ Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
+ Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
+ Physical dexterity and ability to negotiate around a crowded and busy working office area, and around a crowded and busy working area, including construction sites.
