Treatment Sales Representative
Overview Smile Brands is a dominant player in the dental space and we are seeking a Treatment Sales Representative to join our team. In this role you will work to increase production by re-engaging out-of-care patients who have incomplete treatment (IT) and those who did not accept treatment (diagnosed not sold - DNS). Gathering insight and understanding the reasons behind patients disengagement and develop strategies to re-engage them in their treatment plans. You will promote all available dental services to encourage patient acceptance and highlight the value of "Dentistry Built to Last." Your role will be pivotal in ensuring patients receive the care they need by effectively communicating the benefits of completing and maintaining dental treatments. This is a remote opportunity with occasional office visits. Candidates must reside in California. Schedule (days/hours) Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30pm PT, with occasional weekend Responsibilities Conduct Outbound calls to patients who did not complete treatment and patients who did not accept treatment Responsible for increasing office profitability by promoting all services available and encouraging patients to accept Dentistry Built to Last. Addresses patients primary concern(s) and other priority needs of the patient Clearly review any changes in treatment with the patient/parent answering all questions to obtain approval for treatment Explains clinical significance of treatment plan to patient and proving information explanations of the doctors proposed treatment Reinforces the timeliness required to prevent further damage Convert existing patient contacts to an appointment Send email appointment confirmation to include cash offer Confirm and update all customer information and appointment notes into the system database Document call outcome and reasons for disengagement Documents all results in incomplete treatment (IT) Increase sales by up-selling additional services to new family members Foster strong and positive communications with field customers, patients and colleagues Call on "No Show" appointments to rebook missed appointment Qualifications 2 years of work experience in a Call Center, Customer Services, or Sales environment Must have experience in the dental industry or familiarity with dental terminology Proficiency in reading and interpreting dental codes and treatment plans Knowledge of dental insurance plans Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to effectively interact with a diverse population of health care customers Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and meets deadlines Ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office suite programs Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of QSI software or other clinical information system Bilingual Compensation $18 - $25 per hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
