Treatment Specialist 1 (CV89-1) - Reentry Services Division Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is looking to hire a Treatment Specialist 1. They will report to the Senior Treatment Coordinator and will be trained to become a vital part of their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall treatment components of the corrections programs through: + Delivering approved treatment curriculum, + Conducting staff training, + Supporting data collection efforts, + Assuring quality of program delivery. Qualifications and Requirements: + A Bachelor's degree and be certified in approved treatment curriculum + A thorough working knowledge of social learning theory, cognitive-behavioral intervention and approaches, assessment and evaluation + Demonstrated competencies in training, group interaction, and mentoring. + Effective communication skills + Ability to interact appropriately with clients + Must be able to work flexible hours. + A Valid driver's license and able to meet Volunteers of America driver standards Only those applicants with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree should apply.
