Develops training modules for the Treats business Prepares training materials for the Treats trainings Creates training videos Updating of Recipes Facilitates the following trainings:

-C-store Management Course

-Store Crew Training

-Bakery Training

-RTE Training

Coordinates with the Category Management Group on New Product Launches Prepare list of training ingredients and materials needed by new stores Plans the training schedule Coordinates with NFB schedule of new product trainings

 

Business Process

Develops and improves the Treats Store Checklist in coordination with the C-store Executives Updates bakery and food service costing database in coordination with the Category Management Group Develops and improves the Treats Operations Manual in coordination with the Non-Fuel Business Group Reviews and updates as needed the Treats bakery standards and processes Reviews and updates as needed the Treats food service standards and processes

 

All other training and business process related support needed by the Non-Fuel Business: Treats Group and other STBP projects and activities.
