Ventia’s Indigenous Participation team TRECCA are currently seeking applications from Local MOB - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are looking to build a long-lasting career within Ventia across NT Defence sites.
The TRECCA team is a First Nations Participation Team and we are an Initiative of Ventia. We are a business working with First Nations Australian people’s daily, creating connections, and redefining how we connect within the communities we work with across Australia to support employment pathways into Ventia. TRECCA Team are conducting a two-day Induction and Training into Ventia to support local Indigenous Australian Job Seekers to work in Hospitality on our Defence bases in Darwin.
The Role - Hospitality Attendants
• General Hospitality Site Operations including Serving of food, and Cleaning Hospitality Site.
The Role – Administration Support
• Supporting our Defence Personnel through general administration accommodation clerk services (managing room bookings, maintaining key record allocations, etc).
• General use of computer software and programs.
The Two Program Hospitality Interests
This is a 2 day Transition into Work program where you will go through inductions for site, meet kep Ventia personnel, talk through being a deadly resilient worker transitioning you into work and addressing mechanisms of support that make you a Deadly Employee in our workforce in Ventia into the Hospitality Industry.
The Transition into work program is a two days in length. the TRECCA team in Darwin are delivering Information Sessions prior to this answer questions, understand expectations into our workforce and share Deadly opportunities and build a talent pool
for Hospitality Operations in Darwin Defence Base Services Site.
Our Transition into work programs in Darwin are occurring on the following days and dates
• 5th - 6th February 2025
• 12th - 13th February 2025
• 19th – 20th February 2025
