Position: Year-Round Tree Bucket Operator Responsibilities: + Trim and remove trees for our valued customers. + Perform tree climbing, chipper, log loader operation, and ground cleanup. Requirements: + Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the tree care industry. + Prior experience climbing for a tree-care company. + Proficiency in pruning and removing trees safely using machinery. + Experience driving a Bucket Truck. + Background in warehouse, laborer, tree service, or general labor roles. + Self-motivated and able to work effectively within a team. + Skilled in the safe operation of chainsaws and other pruning equipment. + Strong organizational skills and excellent work habits. + Good communication and customer service skills. + ISA Certified Arborist status and/or CDL is highly desirable but not required. Minimum Requirements: + Ability to wear necessary PPE. + Capability to withstand exposure to various weather conditions while completing work assignments. + Proficiency in operating and servicing all required tools and equipment. + Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods due to the dangerous nature of the work. Physical Requirements: + Ability to lift, move, and maneuver weights of 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. + Gripping, climbing, balancing, pulling, and pushing. + Climbing on and off trucks.
