This Apple Vision Pro team is looking for Triage Engineers to help us build the next generation of interactive applications for our platform. This team is working with some of Apple’s most advanced technologies including spatial computing, augmented reality (AR), machine learning (ML) and computer vision (CV). As a member of our organization you will assist us in crafting future products that will delight, inspire and empower millions of people. **Description** As a Triage Engineer on our team you will be at the frontline of identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing issues. Your contributions will be essential to continuously shipping highly polished application experiences on Apple Vision Pro. In this role, you will triage and prioritize incoming bugs by reducing them to actionable next steps. You will analyze logs and build tools and scripts to make bug analysis and prioritization more efficient. Excellent communication skills are a must because of the close interaction with the engineering teams, management, and program office within Apple. **Minimum Qualifications** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to utilize debugging and troubleshooting techniques. + Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. + Excellent organizational skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Exceptional attention to detail. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR equivalent degree OR equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** + Familiarity with Python, Javascript or other scripting languages desirable **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,800 and $205,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
