Job Description Summary
Supporting senior-level managers and executives, providing clerical and administrative support including the production of written/verbal communications, preparing highly confidential and business-sensitive reports and presentations, responding to department-level inquiries, and executing various complex projects and assignments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
Coordinate in-person and/or online meetings Outlook calendar management for CPO. Independently perform department level projects as assigned Prepare and distribute Indian Planning Commission agendas, agenda packets and minutes of each meeting. Prepare and distribute Agua Caliente Water Authority agendas, agenda packets and minutes of each meeting. Prepare and distribute Departmental agenda packets for weekly Tribal Council meetings Prepare Departmental Annual Report Review and prepare property tax statements for processing Produce and edit a wide range of documents using a variety of software. Copy, distribute and file as required while maintaining a professional and secure workstation. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including email Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals Answer, screen, and direct department incoming calls File and retrieve documents, records, and reports. Assists in the processing and mailing of department documents. Draft internal and external communication relating to department projects. Assists in the tracking and reporting of department expenditures including invoice processing. Provide excellent guest service. Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
