What you’ll do
Perform daily activities in billing including updating customer billing profiles.
Creating and distributing invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Complete customer setup, contract review, and invoicing.
Resolve most complex disputes and escalations concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing.
Promote strong collaborative relationships with internal customers, including Customer Service, Sales and any other departments.
Performs other related work as assigned by management.
What experience do you needTechnical degree or at least 2 years of University studies, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
English Level B2 or C1
Portuguese Level B2 or C1
2-4 years working in an Accounting environment.2-4 years Excel / Google Sheets experience
