Sr Manager:
Bachelor's degree/Associate degree from an accredited college or university.Three years operations and management experience; Process transformation experience required.Experience managing, direct or matrix, project managers, technical resources with span of 100 to 150 FTEs.Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives.Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner. Must be able to speak, write and read Mandarin and Cantonese fluently. Can speak English on an intermediate level.Must have relevant experience in handling a webhosting and sales account or technical account and sales account.Manager:
