Clinical Manager-Trinity Health at Home
Role Summary:
The Clinical Manager oversees clinical and operational aspects of the homecare program, ensuring high-quality care delivery, staff supervision, compliance, and achievement of key metrics such as clinical outcomes, productivity, employee engagement, and budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, retain, and develop staff to meet operational needs.Supervise staff providing direct client care and ensure delivery aligns with standards and physician orders.Manage onboarding, orientation, and continuing education for employees.Conduct performance evaluations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.Participate in leadership functions and policy development.Oversee client care coordination and monitor records for accuracy.Provide mentorship, feedback, and counseling to staff to uphold clinical and professional standards.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals.Qualifications:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work with diverse populations, including newborns to geriatrics.Proficiency in computer systems and telecommunication tools.Note: Responsibilities and duties may evolve to meet business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current state license in the applicable discipline.Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or therapy required; Master’s Degree encouraged. (Therapy degrees must meet discipline requirements.)At least three years of experience in a skilled homecare agency.Proven supervisory or leadership experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, clinical staff, and team members.Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.(California only) Must have one year of professional nursing experience as per regulations.Mental and Physical Requirements:
Ability to manage detailed tasks with frequent interruptions and reprioritization (90%).Walk and stand (25%), lift up to 20 pounds (10%), and bend, stoop, or twist (10%).Environment of Care:
