TriNova Inc., a manufacturer's representative partner of Endress+Hauser, is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Analytical Business Driver to join their team. In this position, you will develop, establish, maintain, and grow sales of the liquid & gas analyzer products, systems, services, and training courses by working with the account managers, service manager, training manager and customers to meet the company’s profit goals. Develop and execute sales strategies for the entire company region and monitor/report results against plan to the management team on a regular basis.
Role + Responsibilities
Advise, coach, and assist account managers and application engineers in their sales pursuit activities, and accompany account managers on sales calls and provide direct sales support to customers as required
Document and execute sales plans in support of the objectives of TriNova and our manufacturers, and manage project pipeline and forecast sales to achieve sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relations with gas & liquid analytics that we represent and to accompany/coordinate routine visits by such manufacturers
Attend trade shows, exhibits, and sales meetings as required, and manage complex project pursuits from discovery to close, and assist the Vice President of Training to develop and execute customer training courses
Provide technical support and service to our organization and our end-users of gas & liquid analyzer, and identify relevant, complimentary product lines and explore possible integration into our business plans and aid in design and execution of integrated solution packages (Sample prep systems, panel assemblies, structures, etc.)Qualification + Profile
5 years of related industry experience
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint presentations skills
Proficient project management, multitasking, problem solving, and analytical thinking skills
Strong technical aptitude, industry and product knowledge
Proficient cross selling capabilities and the ability to “engineer the customer experience”
Excellent administration and interpersonal skills, the ability to set goals and objectives, and decision-making effectiveness
The aptitude to effectively negotiate, focus on productivity, and a strong attention to quality with excellent sales skills
Outstanding cooperation, creativity, delegation, and motivational skills
