Working experience on TRIRIGA application version of 10.6 or above and Platform Version 3.6 or above. Work with Application Consultants to understand the functional requirements. Provide technical support for issues in Production. Should have good functional knowledge of TRIRIGA Space, Facility Maintenance & Lease Modules. Experience in end-to-end implementation of TRIRIGA. Support QA and Functional teams during IT and UAT testing. Resolve technical support issues when escalated. Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications in local, staging, and production environments. Manage source code and revisions/changes using Hub/GIT and other related technologies. Apply your technical knowledge and subject matter experience to complete assigned tasks on time, within budget, and respecting the scope provided.
