Analyze the output to ensure that loads are built to maximize both safety and efficiency while loading and unloading product . + Maintain equipment and ensure the proper supply of all necessary materials to facilitate successful loading and unloading processes. Order supplies as needed. + Respond to all driver concerns regarding loads built with Truck Builder. Adjust loads as necessary to address concerns and maximize efficiency. + Assist in loading trailers as needed to meet daily production goals. + Other duties as assigned by manager. **RELATIONSHIPS** + **Internal:** Selectors, drivers, clerks, managers + **External:** Customers, sales **WORK ENVIRONMENT** + Work will take place at a desk in an office environment and within normal warehouse environments including cooler and freezer areas where temperatures may be as low as -5 degrees. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: + Effective communication both verbally and in writing. + Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. + Basic computer skills with a good knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. + Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to solve problems of limited scope. + Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support others in the department and division. Education + High school diploma or GED/equivalent required. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + One year of experience in a warehouse preferred. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $16.96 and $28.26.
