Responsibilities:
• Drive company issued trucks to transport internal parts between locations, vehicles under 26,000 pounds
• Ensure safety by following appropriate policies and procedures for vehicle operation.
• Perform routine inspections on equipment, including checking tires, oil and lights on truck and determine when and the type of maintenance required for safe vehicle operation.
• Utilize radio or company cell phone to communicate with supervisors and coworkers on part moves and expedite needs.
• Verify and load parts on vehicles and ensure load contents are accurate.
• Coordinate with Materials and Logistics to ensure proper execution of parts to multiple locations.
• Work with Material Controls team to ensure accurate communication of information regarding parts and destinations.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience operating comparable machinery including forklift, scissor lift, semi-truck, etc. required
• Software Knowledge: Basic Microsoft Office Applications
• Required to pass internal PIT course for forklift certification and maintain forklift certification
