In this role, you will be responsible for operating a concrete mixer truck to transport ready-mix concrete to various job sites, serving both homeowners and industry clients. Your strong driving skills, commitment to safety, and customer-focused approach will be key in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. As a customer-facing representative, you will play an essential role in building relationships and providing outstanding service to ensure a high-quality delivery experience for our customers. **WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH** + Safely operate a mixer truck to transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites. + Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers, ensuring consistent and reliable service. + Provide a positive and hassle-free delivery experience for customers. + Maintain accurate delivery records, including time logs, mileage, and fuel consumption. + Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other personnel to optimize delivery schedules. + Demonstrate flexibility by working different shifts and Saturdays as needed.Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. **Additional Education Preferred:** Relevant industry training or certification in commercial driving. **Field of Study Preferred** Transportation, Logistics, or related fields. **Required Work Experience:** Previous experience as a ready-mix truck driver is a plus. **Required Training/Certifications:** Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B with a clean FMCSA Clearinghouse record; Drivers Abstract REQUIRED. **Required Technical Skills** Strong understanding oftraffic laws, vehicle regulations, and safe driving practices.
