**Description** **_Nature of Position:_** Maintain truck and automobile fleet **_Essential Duties_** : (Order of requirements does not indicate importance) + Be able to follow safety rules and bio-security regulations setup by TriOak Foods. + Be able to learn and understand all aspects of preventive maintenance of the truck and trailer, including greasing, oil changes, tires, lights, etc. + Represent the company in a professional manner with parts suppliers, tire dealers and fellow workers etc. + Handling and changing tires for cars, trucks and trailers. + Maintain a clean and organized shop. + Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and managers. + Be able to work together with co-workers and managers in order to promote teamwork. + Be willing to perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. + Must be able to understand and follow all DOT regulations, this includes filling out logs reports, vehicle inspection reports, unloading sequence sheets, trip sheets, and driver truck sheets. **_Job Qualifications:_** 1. Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable on the company program. Having a CDL Class A would be a bonus. 2. Must have a good driving record. 3. Needs to have a good sense of direction, in order to understand written and/or spoken instructions required for service calls. 4. Must be able to work in adverse outside conditions when temperatures may range from above 100 degrees to 0 degrees and below, for the entire workday. **_Job Qualifications:_** (continued) 1. Must be able to drive under adverse road conditions. 2. Have the ability to scale several types of ladders, such as bin ladders, and truck ladders. 3. Be able to lift 55 lbs. repeatedly. 4. Be dependable, self-motivating, and willing to work. 5. Be in relatively good physical and mental condition. 6. Be able to work flexible hours.
