What is the opportunity?

Join our growing RBC Royal Trust team! As part of the Royal Trust group, as the Trust Administrator you will provide timely and accurate support to our valued clients in respect to all aspects of trust administration. What will you do?

Ensure all account information on internal systems is up to date, complete, and accurateMaintain all written, verbal and electronic communication as required with all internal and external contactsInvestigate all inquiries and administrative errors and refer more complex issues to the Trust OfficerAssist Trust Officers in all administrative functionsUnderstand and follow all RBC processes and policies as requiredPromptly respond to client calls in the absence of the Trust Officer and answer client inquiries in a professional manner

What you need to succeed?

Must Have

Post-secondary education in a related fieldRoyal Trust Estate & Trust Administrator Certificate or the ability to complete within 2 yearsBilingual - English and French Work in Halifax office 5 days per week

Nice to Have

Previous experience in the Estate and Trust Administration fieldPrevious experience in the Investment Industry
