What will you do?
Assist Officers in all administrative functionsEnsure all account information on internal systems is up-to-date, complete, and accurateMaintain all written, verbal and electronic communication as required with internal and external contactsInvestigate all inquiries and administrative errors and refer more complex issues to the Senior OfficerUnderstand and follow all RBC processes and policies as requiredPromptly respond to client calls in the absence of the Trust Officer, addressing client inquiries in a professional mannerWhat do you need to succeed?
Must Have
Minimum of one year of experience in the Financial Services industryPost-secondary education in a related fieldIntermediate to advanced Excel and Word skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written/verbal) and ability to deal with sensitive and difficult client situations in a professional mannerStrong organizational skills, high attention to detail and solid follow-through capabilitiesStrong teamwork and relationship building skills, as success is dependent on working in co-operation with othersNice to Have
STEP CETA1: Foundations & Trust Administration or currently enrolled in any CSI or STEP Estate & Trust related coursesCanadian Securities CourseWhat’s in it for you?
