Trust Coordinator
**Description** **Location:** On site at location listed in job posting Summary Under general supervision, this position coordinates a variety of processes and tasks within assigned department, as across other departments as well as providing other administrative duties and project support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinates a variety of processes and tasks within assigned department; assists in the gathering, compiling, sorting, verifying and entering required project and or process related information into assigned systems. * Maintains a variety of systems and prepares a variety of standard and moderately complex reports for the department. * Processes data for assigned procedures, ensuring timely completion; may assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures for tasks in which coordination is provided. * Assists in gathering and summarizing information and data from other departments; assists other employees with simple to moderately complex questions; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department. * Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines. * Ensures information requests are handled in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures. * Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s). * Performs all other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position: 1.
