**Description** **Location:** On site at location listed in job posting Summary Under general supervision, this position coordinates a variety of processes and tasks within assigned department, as across other departments as well as providing other administrative duties and project support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinates a variety of processes and tasks within assigned department; assists in the gathering, compiling, sorting, verifying and entering required project and or process related information into assigned systems. * Maintains a variety of systems and prepares a variety of standard and moderately complex reports for the department. * Processes data for assigned procedures, ensuring timely completion; may assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures for tasks in which coordination is provided. * Assists in gathering and summarizing information and data from other departments; assists other employees with simple to moderately complex questions; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department. * Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines. * Ensures information requests are handled in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures. * Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s). * Performs all other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
