As a Trust Officer, you will be reporting to the Head of Trust Administration. You will be primarily assisting with the day to day administration duties of Trust structures managed in Singapore.

What is the opportunity?

As a Trust Officer, you will be reporting to the Head of Trust Administration. You will be primarily assisting with the day-to-day administration duties of Trust structures managed in Singapore.

What will you do?

Responsible for a portfolio of Trust relationshipsEnsure work is accurate and timely, safeguarding assets and maintaining all required documentationsWork closely with Wealth Planners to develop new relevant Trust and Fiduciary offerings, ensuring further development and maintenance of a good working relationship with the Relationship Managers and Fiduciary SpecialistsParticipate in client meetings, Trust review presentations with Wealth Planners, Private Bankers and clients as well as other key stakeholders as may be required by the roleDevelop strong working knowledge of the Asian market including cultural understanding of clients and their structuring needsHandle any ad hoc projects as assigned

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

The role would typically require 5 years of relevant experience in trust and fiduciary structuringGood technical ability in trust laws for respective jurisdictions and good operational knowledge on various types of trusts available for respective jurisdictionsGood knowledge of applicable regulatory and compliance requirementsGood communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong team player and excellent customer servicing skillsTeam player and self-motivated

Nice-to-have

Being degree educated in in Accounting, Estate Planning is a nice-to-have, but not essentialSTEP qualified or ACCA is a nice-to-have
