Preferred qualifications: Experience in Trust & Safety Experience in policy implementation and understanding of advertising policies Ability to work cross-functionally and program management Data analyst skills e.g. Large Language Model (LLM) prompting, tuning and implementation, coding, databases and querying, statistical analysis Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment and ability to exercise judgment in a crisis Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate issues into simple, clear, concise language Excellent organization and teamwork skills Skill/Experience/Education: Mandatory: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, communications, cybersecurity, or related fields.
